Professional Experience

Mr. Tincknell is a senior tax manager of the firm and has been practicing in the public accounting profession since 1994. 

He has worked in the tax practice field for national CPA firms, specializing in international taxation.  Prior to relocating to the Tampa Bay area, Mr. Tincknell spent time in the private sector serving as both a tax manager and vice president of a multi-national, publicly traded corporation headquartered in Shawnee Mission, Kansas, with offices throughout the United States, Europe, Africa, South America, and the Caribbean.  His tenure included five years in Bermuda concentrating on tax planning and treasury for foreign operations.

Mr. Tincknell’s current responsibilities include evaluating inbound and outbound international transactions, evaluating international operations, and instituting planning ideas to minimize worldwide income tax.  In addition, Mr. Tincknell handles all compliance associated with income taxation of international transactions and operations.

He has experience in all aspects of tax planning and compliance for individuals and businesses.  He has specialized knowledge in the commodity industries.  He also has specialized knowledge in the area of international taxation, including helping multi-national businesses structure their operations in order to minimize their effective worldwide tax rate.
